I am a recruitment and careers consultant with more than 25 years' experience advising professionals seeking a new challenge in their working lives. I have consulted across a range of different sectors and with clients at all stages of their career development. Having lived and worked in the UK, France, Portugal, Dubai and Hong Kong, I have a very broad knowledge of the global market for talent and how to prepare you for your job search.

How Does a
Career Coach Help?
I can help you put together a structured plan to find your next role and we will consider the following:

•Target market. We will work together to identify which type of firm you need to work at next to get to where you want to be in the future. This could also include location(s) for you to target, the types of firms and the size and scale of these businesses.
​
•Target role. You probably have a broad range of skills and there may be several types of roles you could consider. We will partner to choose the best fit for you, where you have the best chance of success and which broaden your skills to get you to your ultimate goal.
​
•Approach to market. Essentially this is ‘how do we find the target role in the target market’? We will discuss which channels you should use to get your profile in front of the right decision makers.

I generally recommend a package of at least five hours of coaching to ensure we can cover enough ground to make a real difference to your success. I suggest one session per week in order to leave enough time between sessions for reflection.

Coaching is all tailored to your personal requirements and is generally delivered via Zoom, although face to face meetings are also available in Central London.
